It is designed to bond a wide range of common building materials, offers strong grab and remains slightly flexible once cured. That flexibility matters on real walls, which are rarely perfectly flat.
However, one adhesive does not suit every panel or installation. A lightweight PVC wall board has different needs from a heavy acoustic slatted panel.
