Please contact us as soon as possible at support@homehubdirect.co.uk. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to make the change. Once dispatched, we are unable to modify the order.

Yes — you will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. Check your spam folder if you do not see it within a few minutes.

Standard delivery across the UK is £19.99, applied per order regardless of size.

Orders are typically delivered within 7–10 working days. Customers in the Scottish Highlands may need to allow 1–2 extra days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a direct link to follow your delivery in real time.

We deliver to England, Wales, and Scotland. We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland or islands outside mainland Great Britain.

If your panels arrive damaged or faulty, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace them free of charge. Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you also have 14 days to cancel an unused order — just get in touch and we will guide you through it.

Email us at support@homehubdirect.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the issue. We reply within 1 working day with full instructions.

Every panel comes with a full 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If something is not right, contact us and we will sort it promptly.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna. All payments are processed securely.

Yes — we offer Klarna at checkout, so you can spread the cost of your order. Simply select Klarna as your payment method when you check out.

Absolutely. We use SSL encryption and payments are processed through Shopify’s secure infrastructure. Your financial details are never stored on our servers.

Our panels are designed for everyday home use and keep their finish for years with normal care.

We don't recommend painting the panels. They arrive ready-finished with a factory-applied surface, and paint won't bond to it properly — it can damage the finish and leave a patchy result that can't be undone. If you're after a particular colour, get in touch and we'll help you find the closest match in our range.

Clean your wall surface, apply panel adhesive in a zigzag pattern across the back of the panel, and press firmly into position. Use a spirit level on your first panel to keep everything straight. Our panels are not self-adhesive - panel adhesive is sold separately, and we recommend one tube per panel.

Use a fine-tooth handsaw, jigsaw, or sharp Stanley knife. Mark your measurements on the back of the panel and cut slowly along a straight edge for a clean finish.

Yes! Our panels can be fitted on ceilings as well as walls. For ceiling installation we recommend mechanical fixings alongside the panel adhesive to ensure a fully secure fit.

Yes — panels can be applied directly over existing tiles. Clean the tile surface thoroughly with sugar soap first to remove any grease or residue, so the adhesive bonds properly.
