Shipping policy
Coverage
We deliver to England, Wales and Scotland, including the Scottish Highlands. We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, or any islands outside mainland Great Britain.
Delivery options and cost
- Standard delivery — £19.99. Typically 7–10 working days.
- Premium delivery — £49.99. Typically 3–5 working days.
Delivery is charged per order, regardless of the size or quantity of the items ordered. From time to time we may run promotional delivery offers; where one applies, the reduced rate is shown at checkout.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Delivery estimates
Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude UK public holidays. Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us at support@homehubdirect.co.uk within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it free of charge.
