About Your Delivery

Home Hub Direct delivers acoustic wall panels, composite decking, composite fencing, outdoor panels, mattresses, and sofas to addresses across Manchester and the surrounding areas. Our drivers operate Monday to Friday and you will receive a notification when your order is out for delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you can use this page to track its progress in real time. Simply enter your order number in the field above. Your order number can be found in your confirmation email or in your account order history.

Delivery Timescales

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 working days depending on your location within the UK. For customers in the Greater Manchester area, delivery is often faster. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a dispatch notification when it leaves our warehouse.

If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours and any safe locations around your property first. If you are still unable to locate your parcel, contact our support team at support@homehubdirect.co.uk and we will investigate straight away.
