We offer a 30-day returns guarantee on all orders.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Email us at homehubdirect26@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will reply within 1 working day with instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.

All products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Contact us if anything is not right and we will resolve it promptly.

This policy is in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
